Use the form below to register your team for the inaugural FOP Cornhole tournament that will be held on Saturday, September 21st, at the FOP Lodge Hall at 7846 Leavenworth Road. Player fees of $80 per team, $40 per player, can be sent to the Lodge Hall or paid the day of the tournament.  

This event will benefit the KCK FOP PAC.
