Use the form below to register your team for the First Annual FOP Cornhole Tournament that will be held on Saturday, September 13th, at the FOP Lodge Hall at 7846 Leavenworth Road. Player fees of $80 per team, $40 per player, can be sent to the Lodge Hall or paid the day of the tournament.  One person on each team must download the Scoreholio app.
